They broke my back windshield wiper, I was told they would replace it by one of the male managers that was there at the time because he witnessed the whole thing happened and even admitted it was their fault for it breaking. He filled out paperwork and got mine and my boyfriend’s information and told us it would take 3 days. I didn’t hear back from them so i went down myself to speak with them and I spoke with a female manager this time and she gave me attitude saying that they have to wait to hear back from corporate and that it would take 3 weeks and that they probably won’t cover it anyways because it’s our fault and that they have this tiny sign that says they don’t cover anything they break, but “they will do their best to fix this” so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited another 2 weeks and still haven’t heard back from them and when I called they said they would reach out to corporate again for me but at this point I know their just BSing me. I used to love this place before they got bought out by this company when it was still crystal cave wash they were great but now with new ownership etc… they are trash. The carwash themselves aren’t even as good as they used to be and still leaves my car dirty afterwards. I don’t recommend. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Carwood Carwash- Downey customer service is top notch! I’d say THIS LOCATION is the NORDSTROM of car washes! Every single time I come (5x) they are ALWAYS ALWAYS so nice and so very accommodating 👍🏽👍🏽. I wish they were in LA. (WESTSIDE) 🫢I’d go to them -always! I work up the street so the location and convenience is awesome!!! And after I’m done I feel like my car is extra pretty 😍. I failed to mention the vacuum cleaners…they have two hoses to choose from. The flat wide and the long skinny! So I am able to conveniently vacuum my car and get all the crevices. The. Complementary towel 🌟 splendid. You toss it in the recycle bin when you’re done. The air freshener. 😘… I love this car wash!

Saw the billboard for a free car wash and took advantage because my car was filthy and needed some tlc. The carwash was straightforward and they rinse your car down before entering the washers. I had the classic wash and it definitely cleaned my car and dried it well. The vacuum access right after parking was convienent. The vacuums can be better for sure. Or maybe mine wasn’t doing the trick. Overall, great experience and would go again. Lots of staff there too, and the carwash area overall was also clean.

Milton was so polite and helpful. He assisted me to sign up for my first ever monthly car wash, which by the way is only $8 for the first month. I was so pleased i will definitely maintain the subscription. New management is doing a good job. Been going to this car wash for a few years now.
Critical Eyes
I had such a great experience at this car wash! Not only did my car come out super clean and shiny, but going through the wash itself was actually really fun. The lights were so pretty and colorful—it felt like a mini light show while my car was getting cleaned. 🌈✨
