Instead of dry cleaning my hat they washed it, ruining the bill and shrinking it. The worse part about it is they are no longer reproducing the style and I had taken perfect care of it for years.

I’ve gone here a couple times and they have done a good job on dry cleaning my items. I brought in a 100% merino wool sweater (that’s dry clean only) this past week though and they completely destroyed it. I’ve had this sweater dry cleaned at a different dry cleaner before and they took care of it so well. But here, that is not the case. It’s now shrunken and the wool is felted- almost as if they ironed it or something…I am so disappointed and probably will not be coming back. If you need to get normal items dry cleaned, it will most likely be ok but I do not recommend bringing your special items here.

AWFUL service!! I dropped off my wedding dress and veil here. They looked at it on the spot, and said they would dry clean it. They took my info including my phone number and said to come pick it up the following week. I went to pick it up. My WEDDING DRESS and VEIL was sitting in a CRUMPLED PILE on a CHAIR! They did not clean it. Not once was I contacted to say that they didn’t want to take it on citing it was delicate. My dress and veil sat there for a week — I could have taken it somewhere else days ago. Total disregard for a dress that is of sentimental value. What horrible customer service.

I’ve tried other cleaners around my area but most do not treat my wool dress pants properly. Downey Crystal Cleaners has always kept my wool pants looking good and have not over pressed or caused them to get shiny from over starching/heat pressing them. Very happy with having them as my go to cleaners. 👍 👌

Great place. The people running it are friendly. Always take my clothes there and they always come back looking brand new. Prices are really low and reasonable as well. This is my go to place for dry cleaning.
