I can honestly say I’m very happy with the service I received from Hagen Plumbing. Angel and Noel were professional, respectful, and did an excellent job fixing the plumbing issue with my kitchen sink.
What I appreciated most was how clean and careful they were throughout the entire process. They took the time to protect and keep my apartment clean while they worked, which truly stood out to me.

The service from both the technician and customer service was great! I had issues with my shower always being scorching hot even when on the cold setting and my toilet had began leaking. I was able to get a reasonable estimate for the repairs and everything was done within the same week. Both customer service and the technician had been very helpful. This is the third time Hagens let me down. Each time it has been an emergency call that they told one person they were taking care of, and then canceling behind the scenes. Then laughing at me when I asked them to explain what happened.
I would normally only leave a 5 star review for my vendors, or ignore them, but this is outrageous and costly/dangerous. Use someone else if you want to get an emergency handled.
