I have been coming here for awhile to do my physical therapy and I’m glad that I was referred to come here the staff and everyone is so nice and friendly and has been so much help to me showing me different exercises to do so that I can feel better I definitely recommend anyone that’s in pain to come here you won’t be disappointed thank you again Optimum Care Therapy.

I have no words to express my gratitude to all the staff at Optimum Care. The ladies at the reception area and everyone I’ve interacted with have been more than helpful and supportive. Ekleen, my therapist is AMAZING!!!! Extremely professional and very knowledgeable. She made me feel great after my 1st visit. She gave me hope and encouragement when I had already given up. My pain level was a constant 10 and she was able to pin point the main areas immediately and addressed them on the spot! I highly recommend this place to anyone who is need of physical therapy! Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Let me assure you that you will not want to go anywhere else for your physical therapy! I am 51yrs old, I have had over 5 shoulder surgeries, two wrist surgeries, pelvic fracture, both femur fractures, toe amputation and 5 herniated disc. Yes I have been through quite a bit of surgeries and fortunately I have had the best experience with Optimum Care Therapy after every procedure I’ve had. The Staff and Owners are extremely supportive and friendly to help and truly have been my most successful part of my recovery. So I can tell you that over the course of my many years receiving my therapy here my orthopedic surgeon in Orange County have been very pleased to know that this is a very good place to send me to get my physical therapy at.

Friendly staff!! My 3 year old had to come with me a lot of the time and they were always really nice to him. They engaged with him and would even find toys to keep him entertained. Erica was my therapist and she was just amazing! She worked on me to eliminate my scar tissue and helped me recover my strength and movement. I would highly recommend.
