Be prepared to be saddened. Some of the spiders are dead, mealworms and dubia roaches are mostly dead. And are on the front counter to be sold and they can see that they are dead. Some of the lizards have no water and you can tell they haven’t had any because there bowls had dirt all in it and completely dry. A girl was putting food in cage but no water and locked cage.. I ask the girl if they don’t drink water? and she said yeah they do. And that they all needed water, then reopened cage to give them water. Monitor lizard in back is in such a small tank with muddy old WATER full of MULCH! She barely has room to turn around and keep clawing at door of tank to try to get out. And had no kind of light at all. Jumping spiders are dying and large amount are dead. They are also being cooked by too high of heat. Those animals deserve better living conditions. There were 2 workers there and should be no reason that the animals should be in those conditions.

It’s hard to find good reptile places with variety or with people who feel like they truly care about the animals and have knowledge in the hobby around me. But this place was a joy to check out! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the animals and their enclosures truly looked well kept and clean. I’ll definitely come back again, that’s for sure!
