Had the opportunity to attend 3 complimentary classes with my sister and it was a great to get a feel of the environment and energy! We definitely loved it and both got memberships! We’re looking forward to our fitness journey and being part of Suda fitness.

Let me tell you about this Gym in Downey called Suda. In January, I wanted to challenge myself for this year and I googled local Boot Camp gyms and Suda was the number one that popped up. This has been an epic journey for me since January 2026. All the staff are kind, friendly, helpful they go above and beyond. As an adapted athlete, they modify for me and encourage me. I 100% recommend anyone to visit this Gym. You’ll have a good time you will achieve your fitness goals

SUDA is such a great gym! The hours are super flexible, which is a huge plus for me since I work long shifts. They even have 8pm classes, and that’s hard to find anywhere else.
I started my fitness journey about a year ago, and since then I’ve lost weight, gained muscle, and even started doing DEKA events. Now I’m training for my first HYROX! I never thought I’d put myself out there like this, but SUDA really gives you the confidence to try new things.
I’ve also improved so much, I recently ran a 10K without stopping, and before joining I couldn’t even run a mile! The front desk team, Erick and Richie, are always so welcoming and friendly, and all the coaches are amazing. I’ve taken classes with Coach Karen, Rudy, Luis, and Alejandra! They’re all so encouraging and really push you to do your best.
Don’t feel shy, this gym is for all levels! It might feel tough at first, but it gets better, and you’ll see progress every week. Consistency is key, even when it gets hard.
If you’re looking for a supportive gym community that fits your schedule, definitely check out SUDA! They even offer a free 3-day pass to get you started

I started training at Suda Fitness about three years ago, and after taking a long break, coming back felt like I never left. The coaches and members welcomed me right back in and made it easy to get back into the grind. The energy here is unmatched everyone pushes each other but also genuinely supports your progress.
Since returning, I’ve been working toward big goals like half marathon training, HYROX prep, and dropping serious weight. The programming is spot on, a perfect mix of strength, conditioning, and performance work that keeps things challenging and fun. The coaches really pay attention to your form and effort, and they always know how to get the best out of you.
Even after a long day, those 8 PM classes are something I look forward to. The environment, structure, and accountability have helped me get stronger, leaner, and faster.
If you’re looking for a gym that challenges you, supports you, and welcomes you like family no matter where you’re starting from, Suda Fitness is that

I’ve felt so welcomed every time I visit. The gym is incredibly inclusive, and the energy is fantastic thanks to the great music that really keeps me motivated. Big shout-out to Karen for the amazing workout playlists, and to Richie at the front desk for his helpful guidance and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!
